Right of Return
You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
- Accepted Products : We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
- Product Condition : The right of return only applies to new products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Return Procedure

- Return Method : Returns must be made via postal mail.
- Return Shipping Fees : The shipping costs for the return of your item are entirely your responsibility (the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs).
- Return Label : It is the customer's responsibility to manage the sending and labeling of the return package.

Refunds
- Processing Time : Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within a period of 7 days.
- Restocking Fees : We do not charge any restocking fees on returns. The total amount of the product will be refunded.
- Refund Method : The refund will be made via the original payment method.
Exchanges
